MOONOVATE is based in California. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after they are placed, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We offer free eligible exchanges for unused items returned in their original packaging with the complete tool kit.
Because press-on nails and application tools are personal-use items, used, worn, altered, or incomplete items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
