MOONOVATE is based in California. We generally process and ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

After your order ships, please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us with your order number. We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

For damaged packages or items, please include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, packaging, and affected product. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
